My name is Piotr, and I am a freelance English-to-Polish technical translator, reviewer, MTPE specialist, and AI language quality evaluator with nearly 20 years of experience in translation and localization.

Over the past several years, a significant part of my work has focused on post-editing machine translation (PMTE/MTPE), AI-generated content review, linguistic quality assurance, terminology management, and translation review. I regularly work with content generated by machine translation and large language models (LLMs), ensuring linguistic accuracy, terminological consistency, adherence to client style guides, and natural target-language output.

In addition to my linguistic background, I have three years of experience as a localization engineer, which allows me to work efficiently with a wide range of CAT, localization, and QA tools while understanding the technical aspects of localization workflows.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Automatics and Robotics, specializing in Computer Science in Control and Management. I am also a qualified Electrician Technician specializing in Computer Systems. This technical background enables me to understand complex subject matter and accurately convey specialized terminology.
