My background is quite diverse: education, the humanities, social sciences, psychology, and clinical research. I hold advanced degrees from Leningrad University, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Chicago. I've been living in the US for 15 years (graduate school and professional employment). I have worked as an interpreter/translater for Inlingua International and other agencies in Chicago. Translated texts of general interest, and specialized business, legal, medical, as well as various personal documents. I have some experience with voice-over translation. I've worked as an interpreter for business meetings, interviews, and conferences. Have an extensive experience teaching Russian as a foreign language (University of Chicago, Beloit College).
