I have 12 years' translation experience, specialising in technical, medical and legal texts, as well as in the post-editing of machine-translated documents. I currently work for a number of high-profile technical and automotive clients, and pride myself on my excellent research skills and extensive experience in this field of translation. Aside from my specialism, I also regularly carry out translations of marketing, legal and general texts, and always carry out every project with professionalism and a keen eye for detail. I will never take on a job if I am not 100% happy that I can provide the best possible quality.

Prior to going freelance at the start of 2013, I worked as an in-house translator, where part of my role involved project management, terminology management and the provision of training sessions on a variety of topics. Following on from this experience, I recently attended a conference in Zurich where I was asked to give a presentation on best practices for post-editing.
