3.1 Should any party fail to fulfill its duties hereunder in full or in part, this failed party shall reimburse the other party all damages caused by such a default.
3.2 If the Borrower fails to comply with the schedule of installments laid down in Clause 2.3. hereof, the Borrower shall pay the Lender a penalty in amount of 0.1% of the outstanding installment for each day of delay.

Source text - Russian 4. Payments and calculations
4.1. A rent for using of Equipment is calculated ______ for full rental period (VAT included).
4.2. The Lessor delivers a bill for a rent at the end of the rental period.
4.3. A rent is paid by the Lessee within 5 (five) days after delivery of a bill mentioned in clause 4.2. by transferring the funds to the Lessor’s account.
4.4. The Lessor delivers a bill for payment of consideration mentioned in clause 1.3. of the present Contract after finishing of rendering of equipment maintenance services. The Lessee shall pay consideration within 30 banking days after receipt of a bill.
