Reservations: Advance booking for treatment prior to arrival is requested to reserve your preferred date and time. If in-house, dial 0 (spa reception), or 100 ( resort reception) between 10:00 – 23:00 hours.
Check-In: Please check-in at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment and coordinate with the reception staff so that they can prepare you for the treatment. This will enhance your experience.
Health Consideration: Guests with high blood pressure, a heart ailment, who are pregnant or who have other medical complications are advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any spa service. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.
Prices of Service: Prices of treatment are subject to change without further notice.
Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give 3 hours’ notice if you must cancel or change any treatments, Without this notification, you will be charged in full.
Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the wellness spa zone. However guests can enjoy wine at our spa cuisine restaurant.
Smoking: Smoking at Moonlight Spa Resort, is permitted only allocated smoking areas.
Valuables: Please do not bring any valuables with you to the wellness spa zone. For in-house guests, we recommend you make use of your hotel in-room safe.
In-Room Massage: There will be no in-room massage as guests can be better pampered in our wellness spa facilities.
Age Requirement: The wellness spa zone is appropriate for guests fifteen years and older. In-house guests under 15 years can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and must be accompanied by an adult.
Especially for Men: For best results, we recommend that men shave three hours before having a facial.
Gratuities: In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Spa Retail: Be sure to visit our Spa Retail for an array of spa products and spa-related merchandise.
Kind Consideration: Moonlight Spa Resort is a place of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. We ask you to respect the privacy of other guests. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phones be turned off while at the wellness spa zone.
