I was born in the US and raised in Mexico with parents that only spoke Spanish. My elementary , middle and high school years I attended in Mexico. I lived in the border and was constantly exposed to the English Language.  I attended college in the US and graduated with a Major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.  I continued my education and also received a Teaching certificate. I have worked as a Counselor, Elementary teacher.  I have a passion for fitness and have worked as a group fitness instructor for years.
