I am an translator and proofreader with more than 15 years experience, specializing in software localization, but also familiar with other fields, as well as with coordination and training tasks.


For the time being I don't accept freelance work, but I don't discard doing it in future. I would consider any offer for a position as employee in the area of Barcelona.

Work experience

1. Language Solutions Spanish Coordinator for Autodesk (2005-2009).
   

• English-Spanish translation and proofreading of software and documentation for CAD programs (Computer Assisted Design). Coordination of linguistic and terminology quality assessment of translations delivered by vendors.
  
• Compiling and translating terminology glossaries in collaboration with subject matter experts. Preparing informational materials for translators (style guides and instructions for tools and processes).
