I’m a native English translator from French and Chinese with over 15 years' experience, predominantly in the medical, gaming and energy industries – although I’ve seen a bit of everything in my time!
A qualified member of the UK's Institute of Translation and Interpreting since 2016, I have an MA in Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies and have enjoyed stints as an advocacy outreach officer for immigrant communities, an in-house government translator and visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster.
Examples of translation projects I typically work on include clinical trial documentation and medical journal papers, in-game text and voice-over scripts for MOBAs and MMORPGs, and nuclear plant safety reports and oil pipeline specifications.
