As an event organiser on the Exercise Day of Your Dreams, you are responsible for everything related to the event and for the event’s success.

The area:
The locality is flat with a well-developed transport infrastructure. It is situated 100km along the Kashira Highway from Moscow, 2-3 km from the junction with the M4 (Moscow-Don) motorway. The Paveletskaya railway line, with its stations Zhilevo and Sityenka, is close by. Two-three kilometres to the south is the nearest industrial centre, the city of Stupino. A high-pressure gas pipeline and high-voltage electric line run alongside, as well as the Mars and Kampina industrial facilities.
Distance:
80km from the MKAD on the M4 (Moscow-Don) as far as the village of Sitnye-Schelkanovo and then from two to five kilometres along the Kashira Highway towards Stupino. Access is year-round and the motorways are always free from congestion. Travel time from the MKAD in a private car is roughly one hour.
Utilities
There is the possibility of connection to the gas, water and electricity supply. There is reliable mobile phone coverage.
Use
The most reasonable use would be as industrial zones for the housing of production facilities which have either newly opened or relocated from Moscow, or for goods receiving, handling and storage.
