Translation - English The National ******* **** 2008-2011 specifically promotes public/private cooperation to boost the development of new opportunities in emerging areas for Scientific *********,******* and ******* using the latest technology and industrial procedures. The Plan’s main objective is to foment cooperation between private and public bodies, helping them to find ways to promote projects that have reached a critical mass. It is designed to stimulate creativity, innovation and competition amongst ******** businesses. Therefore, the Green Paper "The ********** ******** Area" (L****) proposes a set of actions which aim to "overcome the fragmentation of activities by setting up communal action/investigation programmes and policies throughout *******. This will open up the ***************** and improve cooperation between these programmes and the innovative development priorities of public administrations and private firms." Based on a private initiative, the project will have to blend in with the strategies of the National ************* Plan and those included in the European Community Green Paper.
