Source text - Russian 6.1.
• повышения абсолютного давления в конденсаторе ПТ выше 15 кПа (101,2 кПа при атмосферном давлении 760 мм рт. ст.) в конденсационном режиме;
• отключения обеих ГТУ;
• повышения абсолютного давления в конденсаторе ПТ выше 15 кПа (101,2 кПа при атмосферном давлении 760 мм рт. ст.) в теплофикационном режиме;
• повышения давления в конденсаторе ПТ выше 50 кПа;
Translation - English 6.1. Conditions of safety system response
The power-generating unit must be shutdown immediately by the safety system or personnel actions in the following cases:
• increase of absolute pressure in the steam turbine condenser higher than 15 kPa (101,2 kPa for atmospheric pressure of 760 mm of mercury) in the condensation mode;
• shutdown of both gas-turbine units;
• external malfunction of the steam turbine generator in the shutdown mode.
Power-generating unit load must be decreased by safety system or personnel actions in the following cases:
• increase of absolute pressure in the steam turbine condenser higher than 15 kPa (101,2 kPa for atmospheric pressure of 760 mm of mercury) in the heat-extraction mode;
• external malfunction of the steam turbine generator (idle mode);
• feed-water pump shutdown.
Local safety systems of the power-generating unit must ensure safe equipment operation in the following cases:
• increase of steam turbine condenser pressure higher than 50 kPa;
• increase of pressure in the high-pressure continuous purging expander higher than 0,93 MPa.
6.2. Event Tree development
In this section, an Event Tree for situations that lead to emergency cases was developed. The condenser vacuum breaking cause analysis allows that emergency situation probability is lowered. With the help of the Event Tree all the situations that lead to the accident are considered. Application of the systematic approach for the Event Tree creating makes possible to increase the safety of power-generating unit operation.
6.3. Technological equipment safety measures
Industrial control system of the power-generating unit includes a safety subsystem. This subsystem ensures safe work for the operating personnel and technological equipment by urgent automatic transfering of the protected equipment into the secure state in case of any accident-prone or emergency situation. At CCP-325 technological safety algorithms are programmed in the program-technical units TPTC-51 software.
