Unser Verrechnungssatz beträgt während des Einsatzes € 100.00 kalendertäglich. Mit diesem Satz sind alle Arbeitsstunden und Nebenkosten abgegolten. Wir gehen jedoch davon aus, wie Sie zusicherten, dass die Regelmäßige Arbeitszeit 220 Stunden monatlich nicht übersteigen wird.
XXX stellt eine angemessene Unterkunft und einen Personenwagen für dienstliche und private Nutzung kostenlos zur Verfügung.
XXX stellt für die An- und Abreise, vom Wohnort des Site Managers, zur Baustelle in XYZ, Flugtickets für YYY kostenfrei bereit. Der Wohnsitz des Herrn W ist in Holland.
Nach einem Einsatz von drei Monaten gewährt XXX dem Site Manager eine Heimreise. Das heißt, XXX bezahlt die Flugtickets (economy class) für die Heim- und Rückreise, und die Reisezeit, max. 1 Tag hin, 1 Tag zurück.
Der Einsatz des Herrn W ist für ca. 22 Monate geplant. Unsere Vereinbarung ist von beiden Parteien (XXX – YYY) jederzeit kündbar, ohne die Einhaltung von Fristen.
XXX sichert verbindlich zu, dass Abwerbungsversuche des Site Managers unterlassen werden, und dass Übertrittangebote seitens des Site Managers an XXX abgelehnt werden.
Zahlung: 14 Tage nach rechungserhalt.
Translation - English You will provide us with a job description for the activities and duties to be undertaken.
Our charges will be €100.00 per day for the duration of this assignment. This covers all payments to staff and additional costs. We assume that the number of hours worked per month will not exceed 220 hours, as you assured us.
XXX will provide suitable accommodation and a car for both work-related and personal use. There will be no charge for this.
XXX will cover the full cost of the flights for YYY (outward and return journey) from place of residence of the site manager to the construction site in XYZ. Mr W is resident in Holland.
After completing a three-month period, XXX will allow the site manager a trip home. This means that XXX will pay for the flights (economy class) for the homeward and return journeys, plus the travel time up to a maximum of one day outward and one day return.
It is intended that Mr W be employed for approx. 22 months. Our agreement can be terminated by either party (XXX – YYY) at any time without a period of notice.
XXX provides a binding guarantee that no attempt will be made to headhunt the site manager and that any offers to transfer to XXX on the part of the site manager will be declined.
Payment: 14 days from receipt of invoice.

I completed an honours degree in German studies at a British university and took a specialist course in translation at this time. After graduating I moved to Germany and lived and worked there for 10 years. I spent 3 years in Italy and moved back to Germany in 2010.
My clients include Bosch, Daimler-Chrysler, Siemens, Continental, Fraunhofer Institute, University of Tübingen, FH Reutlingen, PH Freiburg, Wiener Urtext and many other smaller companies as well as translation agencies.
