Source text - English Made and entered into this 12th day of May 1997, between ROAD Ltd., whose registered Office is situated at Florida, U.S.A. (hereinafter called “The Proprietors”) for themselves, their successors and assigns on the one part and GREEN, S.A. of 2300 Flowers St., California, U.S.A. (hereinafter called “The Publishers”) on the other part.
Whereby it is mutually agreed as follows:
1.The proprietors hereby grant to the Publishers the exclusive license to print and publish in the French language throughout the world the work entitled TITANIC by Joe Smith (hereinafter called “the Said Work”) upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.
2. The Publishers shall pay to the Proprietors: the sum of five thousand dollars (US$5,000) on signature of this agreement in advance and on account of the following royalties:

UU. (en lo sucesivo denominados “Los Propietarios”) y por la otra parte GREEN, S.A. ubicado en el número 2300 de Flowers St., en California, EE. UU. (en lo sucesivo denominados “Los Editores”)
Por este medio, las partes acuerdan mutuamente lo siguiente:
1. Por el presente documento, los propietarios otorgan licencia exclusiva a los editores para imprimir y publicar en idioma francés en todo el mundo, la obra denominada “TITANIC” de Joe Smith (en lo sucesivo denominada “La Obra”), en los términos y condiciones aquí estipulados.
