After reading the English version of their works I used to translate them into Malayalam for publishing in the local magazines, handwritten magazines etc. Apart from that, I got chance to write short stories for All India Radio.
After graduation in 1973 Icontinued to co operate with a few local Malayalam magazines, helping them by translating stories from English.
In 1980 I joined a television manufacturing company in Mumbai. Preparation of product profiles, translation etc were part of my job there. The same routine continued when I shifted to NihalChand Jain and sons who were suppliers of Pumping sets etc. to Govt. departments.
In 1990 I joined Paperin pack trade magazine. Editing, page layout , preparation of advertisement matter for the clients, translation etc. were my jobs there.
In 2000, I was entrusted the job of translating a bulk quantity of articles from English to Malayalam, by a local firm.
