(Definition)
1-4 .1
“Company” is defined as ____________. “Company” has an authority as a
corporate representative, or a delegation that approves an employment agreement and
also processes wages for each employee.
1-4.2
“Employee” is an individual who has entered into or worked under a contract of
employment (or probation) and is obliged to the process of employment and the terms
of payroll system: monthly-wage or daily-wage system. .
“Employee” refers to “probationary employee” and “permanent employee.”
1-4.3
“Contractor” is employed with a fixed term of employment: starting until
ending period, for a project that is not pertinent to employer’s ordinary business or
commerce. “Contractor” is an individual who agrees with the term of temporary
employment and ending period decided by the company to perform a temporary or
each seasonal task.
Once the employer and the employee enter into a contract of employment, the task
relevant to aforementioned employment must end within two years’ time.

“A contract of employment” is a mutual-understanding statement between an
employee and company with clear and precise texts that contain an agreement of
emolument provision in an employment term of the company and a duty of employee
who has passed the probationary period under “probationary contract.”

川の流れは強く、彼女はボートのコントロールを失っている。
流れに振り回されて、彼女の不安はいっそう激しくなっていた。
全身はずぶぬれだ。ひときわ大きく船首が跳ね上げられ、がくんと落ち込むはずみに頼みの綱のオールは振り落とされ、あっという間に流れの合間に消えて行ってしまった。
Translation - English She floated down the river on a raft in the midst of a strong torrent. River flow was swiftly severe; she was totally losing a control of the boat.
Shook by the torrent, along with her suddenly increasing distress, she was soaked to the skin. The bow of the boat sprang up and once it stroke back down, the only last hope – the paddle – was swept away, all of the sudden it vanished in the middle of torrential flow.
She, who had lost her control, witnessed the moment when the stream was violently surging against the boat until it bumped into a rock, and had been torn apart. She desperately clung to the rock, the only way to save her own life from this unmerciful nature.
At that moment, the sound of this severe current, which had echoed in her ears, disappeared at once. Amidst the silence that had just passed all of the sudden, she heard a powerful voice of a woman said to her gently.
“Just leave everything to me.”
Something appeared in front of her, she noticed. The shape she has never seen, mysterious glare, this object surface seemed like something covered by material of light-weight metal or fiber. She, completely drenched, got on this unknown object. In the moment of giving out a sigh of relief, that thing started to cover her body as if she was wrapped with a cocoon. It turned out to be bright-
silver streamlined shape at a glance.
She has never seen such a beautiful boat like this before. The bilge was floating slightly on water surface and started to move forward to slip through the air without vibrating. The cockpit was dry with ultimate comfort, covering her gently.
Once she became conscious, she found that her soaking-wet clothes had turned to be dry and white once again.
No matter how shaky the stream was, this boat remained steady still while the shape of the inner part was constantly adjusted and fit to her according to varied situations. She, whose anxiety had already disappeared, was moving around freely and tried to lay herself down with an intention of creating her own particular design of the boat for herself.
After disrupted by the struggle in the swift current, she could eventually see the scene of birds hovering freely above in the wide blue sky and white clouds.
This boat always kept protecting her miraculously from the severe, murky and dirty stream, heavy rain and storm. That is how she could continue her journey, enjoy her time, felt relieved, and be her own self.

何度もここでお話させてもらっているように、今年から、バニスターは日本の外にも出て、シンガポールを第２拠点としてアジアのお仕事をさせて頂いています。そして、僕自身が東京とシンガポールの２つの拠点を毎月行き来し、社長業をやることで、冷静に感じることがあります。やっぱり大好きなニッポン人として、今日は書きたいと思います。
Translation - English Resolute desire
As I’ve expressed my thought very often here, this year Bannistar started going out from Japan establishing work for Asia in Singapore as Bannistar’s second location. I myself feel much calmed since I commute between Singapore and Japan back and forth each month; must-do job for a CEO, I’d say. I, Japanese who loves Japan, have something to write for you today.
Only one thing. Something that is lacked in Japanese people is what is called “Desire.” They are lacking the attitude of proactiveness, something that is grown from desire. As human beings, all kinds of action are generated from desire. If we can’t define whether this is something that fulfills us or not, makes us happy or unhappy, I’d say this is not proactive action from desire. This is just an undeniable fact. The desire that Asian people want to seek somehow goes far beyond that of Japan. That’s why; they are flexible to receive all kinds of things.
Now, something essential I’ve been looking for in Japan is “Resolute Desire.” If we’ve this strong belief of having an urge to do something, chances are everywhere. Recently, our company is dealing with local manufacturers more. I wonder if one part of Japanese people in upcountry owns this “Resolute Desire” quality. I mention about this because I’m trying to go forward with a quick judgment while using my strong emotion first and while practicing trial-and-error process, not that I use the judgment by seeing simply and only current situation. “Resolute desire” can be also explained as potent dream, in other words, a reformation by overthrowing the conventional ideas.
Absolutely, having only sense of impending crisis and profit, human cannot change to the action that possesses a sense of fulfillment. Considering the result of a product and service, they won’t be able to impress their clients (end users). It’s substantially necessary to have not only sense of impending crisis and profit, also this so-called “Resolute Desire.”
Japan is just amazing. Including me, I would like to cheer them up, with this “Resolute Desire” deep inside my heart, and exert all my strength to the magnificent Japanese industry.
