Source text - English 2.7 Any sub-contract granted by the Licensee pursuant to paragraphs 2.4 and 2.5 above shall not relieve the Licensee of any of its obligations under this Agreement and the Licensee shall be, and at all times remain, liable for any breach of any term of this Agreement as applicable to any of its sub-contractors which may be committed by any of the Licensee’s sub-contractors.
2.8 The Licensee may use the Licensed Material on the Internet or as part of its own world wide website, to market, promote distribute and/or sell the Products, provided that any such use is in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any such website displaying or distributing the Products shall clearly and explicitly indicate that orders for the Products may only be accepted within the Territory. For the purposes of this paragraph 2.8, any of the retail stores which are within the Distribution Channels set out in paragraph K of the Schedule are, subject to the restrictions set out above, hereby authorise
