I am a Romanian attorney specialized in Antitrust Law, Regulatory, Company Law, M&A, Project Finance, Green/Brown Field electricity projects with a focus on renewable energy projects, Real Estate, Contracts, Corporate and Commercial Law. In addition to my work and specialization as an attorney I am a certified translator in legal sciences since 2007 by the Romanian Ministry of Justice. I have an experience of over 7 years of translations with a focus on legal translations such as legislation, agreements, memoranda, resolutions, legal opinions, legal doctrine and so on.
