Neues Konzept öffnet die Messe für Getränke- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft
Die Hogatec findet im Jahr 2012 erstmals in Essen statt: vom 2. Bis 5. September treffen sich hier professionelle Gastgeber aus ganz Deutschland. Aber nicht nur der Ort der Veranstaltung ändert sich, auch inhaltlich wurde einiges umstrukturiert. Mit dem neuen, innovativen Vier-Säulen-System bringt die Hogatec somit erstmals Aussteller aus den Bereichen „Essen, Trinken und Genuss“, „Technik, Geräte und Systeme“, „Dienstleistung und Service“ sowie „Ambiente, Design und Ausstattung“ zusammen. Mit dieser konsequenten Neuausrichtung unterstreicht die Messe Essen die Bedeutung der Hogatec als Fachmesse für Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung.

La Fiera dell’industria alimentare e delle bevande si apre con un piano tutto nuovo
Nel 2012 la Hogatec si svolgerà a Essen per la prima volta: dal 2 al 5 settembre la fiera sarà punto d’incontro per professionisti del settore alberghiero provenienti da tutta la Germania. E il cambiamento di sede della manifestazione non è l’unica novità: la fiera è stata anche strutturata in maniera leggermente diversa. Con il nuovo e innovativo sistema “a quattro colonne” la Hogatec mette insieme gli espositori delle diverse aree d‘interesse: „Gastronomia, cantina e gusto “, „Tecnologie, strumenti e sistemi “, „Servizi e manutenzione “ e „Ambiente, design e arredamento “. Grazie a questa nuova e più coerente organizzazione, la fiera di Essen sottolinea l’importanza della Hogatec come Salone dei servizi alberghieri, della gastronomia e della ristorazione collettiva.
