Neben Logistikschwerpunkten, Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft und Sprachen, umfasste dieser Studiengang verschiedene Rechtsfächer, die sich auf das Wirtschaftsleben, Seerecht, Handelsrecht usw. konzentrierten und von Rechtsdozenten, Richtern und Anwälten aus BergSpedition und Handel abgehalten wurden. Mein beruflicher Werdegang beinhaltet Managementpositionen in der internationalen Logistik, der chemischen Industrie, der Projektlogistik (internationale Beschaffungslogistik für Kohlekraftwerkskomponenten, Verschiffung von Kraftwerks- und Passagierflugzeugturbinen etc.) und dem Chartergeschäft in Deutschland, aber vor allem auch in den USA. Mein Curriculum umfasst unter anderem auch das erfolgreiche Verhandeln von Frachtverträgen aller Art, das Verhandeln von Lager-, Chemietank-Leasingverträgen, sowie dem Verhandeln von Eisenbahnfrachtraten und Leasingverträgen von Kesselwaggons (Bahn), Überliegegeldern und Liegetagen.
