angielski > czeski: Milling machine - cutting tool General field: Technika/inżynieria Detailed field: Mechanika/inżynieria mechaniczna
Tekst źródłowy - angielski Cutting tools are held in place in the spindle by a collet or, alternatively, by an end mill adaptor. The collet has a Morse #3 taper matching the spindle and has slots in the sides so that it clamps down on the shank of the end mill as the collet is drawn into the spindle taper by the drawbar. The drawbar passes through the spindle from above and threads into the top of the collet. The spindle is then locked in place by means of a locking pin while the drawbar is tightened using an 18mm wrench. A plastic cap covers the top of the drawbar and the spindle nut to keep these parts covered when they are rotating.

angielski > czeski: Qualitative assessment of manure management in EU 27 General field: Prawo/patenty Detailed field: Rolnictwo
Tekst źródłowy - angielski Title: Qualitative assessment of manure management in main livestock production systems and a review of gaseous emissions factors of manure throughout EU27
Since 1850, the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere has increased by 31%, that of methane (CH4) by 151% and that of nitrous oxide (N2O) by 17% (GIEC, 2001). The global warming potential (GWP) set over a period of 100 years for the latter two greenhouse gases are respectively 25 and 298 times the CO2 equivalent (GIEC, 2005), thus giving them the highest priority in the search for mitigation options. It is noted that agriculture contributes substantially to the anthropogenic emissions of both N2O and CH4 as well as ammonia (NH3) which is implicated in other negative environmental impacts as well as public and animal health. The FAO publication: "Livestock's Long Shadow" set out that livestock production is a major contributor to the world's environmental problems, including climate change. At a global level, the report estimates that livestock accounts for a significant share of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions representing 18 % of total estimate. The intensification of livestock production has led to the storage of large volumes of slurry within and outside the farm buildings mostly in open tanks. These now contribute to the emission of CH4 by the natural process of fermentation in anaerobic conditions. Furthermore, quantities of N2O are emitted following the process of nitrification and denitrification after land application of the effluents. The volatilization of NH3 is directly related to the pH of livestock slurries and local air movements: it occurs mostly within the livestock buildings and following landspreading.
Tłumaczenie pisemne - czeski Název: Kvalitativní hodnocení nakládání s hnojem v hlavních systémech velkochovů a posouzení plynných emisí z hnoje v EU 27

angielski > czeski: Stainless steels General field: Technika/inżynieria Detailed field: Metalurgia/odlewnictwo
Tekst źródłowy - angielski Martensitic stainless steels are essentially alloys of chromium and carbon that possess a martensitic crystal structure in the hardened condition. They are ferromagnetic, hardenable by heat treatments, and are usually less resistant to corrosion than some other grades of stainless steel. Chromium content usually does not exceed 18%, while carbon content may exceed 1.0 %. The chromium and carbon contents are adjusted to ensure a martensitic structure after hardening. Excess carbides may be present to enhance wear resistance or as in the case of knife blades, to maintain cutting edges.
Ferritic stainless steels are chromium containing alloys with Ferritic, body centered cubic (bcc) crystal structures. Chromium content is typically less than 30%. The ferritic stainless steels are ferromagnetic. They may have good ductility and formability, but high-temperature mechanical properties are relatively inferior to the austenitic stainless steels. Toughness is limited at low temperatures and in heavy sections.
Austenitic stainless steels have a austenitic, face centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure. Austenite is formed through the generous use of austenitizing elements such as nickel, manganese, and nitrogen. Austenitic stainless steels are effectively nonmagnetic in the annealed condition and can be hardened only by cold working. Some ferromagnetism may be noticed due to cold working or welding. They typically have reasonable cryogenic and high temperature strength properties. Chromium content typically is in the range of 16 to 26%; nickel content is commonly less than 35%.
angielski > czeski: Annealing lines (heat treatment of steel) General field: Technika/inżynieria Detailed field: Metalurgia/odlewnictwo
Tekst źródłowy - angielski CMI Processing Lines offers a wide range of annealing lines based on in-house know-how. This is driven by ever more demanding requirements in steel mechanical properties.
CMI could propose a conventional dry (HNx) process (100°C/sec cooling speed) or a wet (IWAC-Howaq) process (1000° C/sec cooling speed).
This wet process is characterized by quenching in boiling water/cold water and pickling in formic acid. It offers many major advantages, such as :
• Starting from the annealing temperature, a high average cooling rate in a single step for optimized mechanical properties;
• A very homogeneous heat exchange across the entire width of the strip to ensure a good strip flatness;
• Very accurate temperature control at the exit of the quenching section to control the overaging step;
• Removal of oxidated impurities on the surface of the steel and obtaining of an iron-rich surface having low sensitivity to further red rust;
• Freedom from stresses during transitional conditions .
• Exceptional corrosion resistance of the steel surface ;
• Excellent suitability for subsequent treatments : superior phosphatability, excellent adhesion of metal coatings and suitability for numerous coating (organic, electro, PVC):
• Exceptional smoothness ;
• Very homogeneous mechanical properties ;
• A considerable reduction in operating costs and a high degree of energy saving (electrical);
• Easy to operate and with flexible programming.
Tłumaczenie pisemne - czeski CPI Processing Lines nabízejí širokou škálu žíhacích linek, postavených na základě vlastního know-how, jehož vývoj je iniciován vzrůstajícími požadavky na na mechanické vlastnosti ocelí.
Žíhací linky CMI nabízí konvenční suchý proces (HNx -(ochlazování ve vodíkovodusíkové atmosféře) s ochlazovací rychlostí 100°C/sec ) a mokrý proces (IWAC-Howaq (kalení horkou vodou) s ochlazovací rychlostí 1000°/ sec).
• Možnost začít s ochlazováním přímo ze žíhací teploty, vysokou průměrnou ochlazovací rychlostí v jednom kroku, tím je dosaženo optimalizace mechanických vlastností;
• Stejnoměrnou teplotní výměnu po celé šíři pásu, což zajišťuje velmi dobrou rovinnost pásu;
• Velmi přesné řízení teploty na výstupu z kalící sekce které umožňuje kontrolu překročení délky technologického kroku;
• Odstranění oxidačních nečistot z povrchu oceli a získání povrchu s vysokým obsahem železa, který má nízkou náchylnost k rezavění;
• Nedochází ke vzniku pnutí při transformačních procesech.
• Vynikající odolnost povrchů vůči korozi.
• Vynikající použitelnost pro následné úpravy: vynikající kvalita povrchu pro následné fosfátování,vynikající přilnavost kovových povlaků , vhodnost i pro jiné druhy potahování (organickými materiály, elektricky, PVC):
• Vynikající hladkost povrchu;
• Vysoce homogenní mechanické vlastnosti;
• Významné snížení provozních nákladů a vysoký úspora elektrické energie.
• Snadné ovládání s možností flexibilního programování.
