Licenses and Documents: Keep up with the necessary certificates and documentation from factories and government institutions required by the bidding notices to qualification for participation in bidding processes.
Proposal Preparation / Sale’s Strategy: Develop the sales proposal of the company based on the requirements of the bidding notice; calculate the cost-benefit and feasibility of providing each requested item, bearing in hands the quotations / reservations prices from the factories, as well as required documentation of products.
Participating in Bidding: Try to win the items or the lots more profitable and strategic to the company, giving attention to prices and the strategy of competitors.
Completion of the bidding: Check the report of the bidding process, the items won by the company (and the contestants), the date of approval of the Commitment Notes (CN), the need for realignment of prices and possible samples request for documents or products sold. Depois da verificação e da confirmação do processo, dar início à formulação da estratégia de compras e de entrega dos materiais dentro do prazo determinado.
