Born as a Sunday child in Nuremberg (Southern Germany) and raised in the neighbouring town of Fürth, I soon realised the impact ones origin can have on ones personal outlook and identity.
After finishing my Abitur (German final secondary school examination) I decided to undertake a University degree course, initially I studied European Social Anthropology, Romance studies (Spanish) and Political Sciences at the University of Bamberg, Germany. However, after a year of study, I decided to turn to a more practical course at the University of Vienna, Austria, and found my vocation there. I graduated with a degree course in Transcultural Communication with the working languages German, English and Spanish. This was achieved within the minimum duration of study with an average mark of 1.75 (with 1 being the best mark and 5 a fail).
Through travelling and work experiences abroad (including Ecuador, India, and the United Kingdom) I have put the theory into practice and risen to the challenges one faces in a foreign environment.
In my spare time I have been able to gain insights into other, albeit related, professional fields. For example I was able to turn a hobby of writing into a (secondary) occupation by working as a columnist for a family magazine.
