Sir James Paul McCartney, MBE (Liverpool, Inglaterra, 18 de junio de 1942) es un músico multi instrumentista, empresario, cantante, compositor, productor musical y activista pro-derechos de los animales. Obtuvo un reconocimiento mundial como miembro del grupo británico The Beatles, junto a George Harrison, John Lennon y Ringo Starr. Sir James Paul, MBE (Liverpool, England, June 18th, 1942) is a multi-instrumental musician, businessman, singer, composer, music producer, and animal rights activist. He gained world-wide fame as a member of the British group "The Beatles", along with his bandmates George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr. He and his friend John Lennon made one of the most influential music-writing teams in all of contemporary music, writing about an extensive range of issues having global importance. After leaving the band, McCartney started a successful solo career and formed the band "Wings" with his wife Linda McCartney and the musician Denny Laine. McCartney has also worked as a composer of electronic and classical music, as well as for writing music for film and television. Furthermore, he has amassed a large catalog of songs as a solo artist, and has been a part of many musical projects that benefit charitable organizations.

The origin of the name Titicaca is unknown. It has been translated as "Rock Puma," as local communities have traditionally interpreted the shape of the lake to be that of a puma hunting a rabbit. "Titicaca" combines words from the local languages Quechua and Aymara. The word is also translated as "Crag of Lead." Locally, the lake goes by several names. Because the southeast quarter of the lake is separate from the main body (connected only by the Strait of Tiquina), the Bolivians call it Lago Huiñaymarca (Quechua: Wiñay Marka) and the larger part Lago Chucuito. In Peru, these smaller and larger parts are referred to as Lago Pequeño and Lago Grande, respectively. | Translation - Spanish
