I am an experienced bilingual journalist and translator with more than 10 years experience. I have worked in Washington, D.C. for several years covering topics as diverse as drugs, worker and chemical safety, health topics, homeland security, and environmental issues. As a journalist I have had several roles as a website content manager, reporter, editor, copy editor, and managing editor. I have also translated documents from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish (for Spain, the U.S. and Latin America). As a translator I have worked on legal, health, banking, education, and real estate documents.

My translation clients include the Miami Realtors Association, the New Visions for Public School in New York City, among others. I am also a contract interpreter for Language Line Services and Transperfect Remote Interpreting. As an interpreter I have experience with state and municipal courts, emergency response agencies, banks, hospitals, doctor's offices, insurance companies, federal and state agencies, and organ transplant groups.
