I have done a degree in marketing and languages and did a theses in german. I have worked for 4 years in a german customer service environment, two of which were spent in a technical support dept.I am still working in tech support albeit now in a supervisory role. I have always had an interest in tranlsation and have accumulated enought experience to do a good job of it
