I have been a translator or an interpreter all my life. I come from a bilingual family (father Romanian and mother Hungarian) from Transylvania (Romania). Due to my talent for languages I have studied Philology (German/Romanian). I had the privilege to be the interpreter of Harold Wilson (former UK PM), several ambassadors in Romania, a group of 14 generals (British War College), US 4*General with SALT program, etc.
I have started as a translator in 1986 in a machine-tool factory (4000 employees) where I translated all machine-books of the machines produced by our factory and the operation manuals of all machines purchased by the factory for its production needs.
I am a certified translator of the Romanian Ministry of Justice and I have been certified as technical translator by the former Ministry of Machine Construction Industry (1986).
The more than 6 years spent in this factory have given me a lot of experience in technical translation.
I have translated literature "The Eagle has landed" by Jack Higgins, a book of management in tourism written by prof. Schaetzing (Muenchen), medical and chemical lab research reports etc.
I am a certified trainer of trainers, tourist guide and hotel manager.
