I am a professional freelance translator based in Somerset in the United Kingdom, with a Master’s degree in Applied Translation Studies from the University of Leeds and a first-class honours degree in French and German Studies from the University of Warwick.


Having previously worked both as an in-house translator for an agency in Germany and as a freelance translator, I have experience of translating a wide range of texts, including business, marketing, tourism, technical and scientific texts, from both German and French into English. In addition, I have translated a range of journalistic, administrative & general, technical & scientific, and literary texts as part of my postgraduate studies.


I routinely use computer-assisted translation tools to process all of the translations I complete, meaning that translations are more accurate and consistent, and can be delivered to meet tight deadlines.
