Shopping for condominiums can be more involved than you think. Some of the most prominent real estate scams have been related to the condo industry. 2. Consider the Communal Areas: many first time buyers neglect to notice the common areas of the condo property. If when you look around all you seen is outdated and stained carpets and used furniture you may want to reconsider your decision.
3. Storage Space: this is a major issue first time buyers tend to overlook. Whether you are moving into a condo from your own home or this is your first home understanding how much storage space you have is essential. It is extremely common for condominium complexes to offer storage space for each property generally large enough to store many boxes and even bicycles and sporting equipment.
4. Security: whether you live alone or with your family, the security options are essential when considering purchasing a condo. Many of the newer developments offer not only a door man but 24-hour surveillance of the property utilizing high-tech cameras and equipment to cover all aspects of the grounds. Anything less than this should be noted as a red flag and reconsidered for your overall safety.
5. Second Opinion: there is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion of the condo in question as well as the overall complex. Sometimes we can be so excited about an idea that we don't clearly see all the negative aspects in front of us and this is where a close friend or family member can be of service.

As a teenager, I was already very advanced in my knowledge of the English language and often served as an interpreter for visiting groups of English-speaking foreigners in Russia (mostly from America, Germany, England and Singapore).
In my city, Irkutsk, I am very involved in programs to help local youth improve their standard of living. Social service projects are very interesting to me. Along with my wife, who is actually an American, and a team of local Russians, we do many projects benefiting Irkutsk's youth. I am also a musician-I sing and play the bass and acoustic guitar. I have many passions in life, one being interpreting, another - my family.
