For the high speed-internet, the availability of service is designed to geographically cover the fixed networks services, to reach 75% of the Egyptian families with (2 Mbps) speed in 2015, and to reach 90% of the families with (25 Mbps) speed in 2012, while 3G mobile services covers 98% of the population in 2015 and 4G services covers 90% of the families by 2021. Regarding the expansion of the service, we hope that 4.5 million families(22% of the Egyptian families) subscribe to high-speed internet services in 2015, and this number to reach 9 millions by 2021. In respect to the expanding mobile services, we aim to reach 8 million subscribers of mobile internet services in 2015, and 14 million subscribers in 2021. As for the social and national objectives, we look forward 50% of the governmental sectors or public service authorities to enjoy internet services with(25 Mbps) speed, and at least one general access point to be available with(25 Mbps) speed to serve 50% of the local areas. For a long term or by 2021, our goal is to attract 100% of the general governmental sectors or Public Service Authorities to use internet services with(25 Mbps) speed, we also pursue to provide at least one general access point to feed every centre and locality, noting that it is the third administrative border of Egypt.
