Hello,
I possess native fluency and mastery in both English and Korean. I am a Communications major at SFU, currently pursuing a translator/interpretor career. I will be finishing my translation courses at University of British Columbia soon, and hold Certificate of Business Translation & Interpretation, Language Interpretation and Translation. My current work involves creating subtitles and providing localization services for new Korean media, as well as regularly providing internal translation work for major fashion designer label. Other periodical translations jobs include those from corporations and other small to medium business entities. I am also working as a on-call document translator for a local consulting firm. My field of interest is the area of transcreation, and am actively searching for opportunities to be involved in transcreation work.
