I am an English to Japanese freelance translator specializing in Art, Video Game, IT, Music, and also a news writer regularly contributing to Japanese websites.
After I majored in oil painting in high school, I learned the painting conservation techniques at international school in Florence, Italy. I can speak English and Italian and have basic skills in Web design such as HTML, CSS and Adobe’s software due to this art school background.
Then I have worked as a fulltime on-site employee at Japanese translation company for 10 months. Meanwhile I have also attended and finished several translation lectures and correspondence courses in Japan, and learned not only the basic techniques for general translation but also the visual entertaining translation.
