I am looking for occasional jobs on ENG-RUS translations in the fileds of my specialities. Although I am not a professional translator, I have been dealing with English since 1982, when I started translating science articles as an extra income when I was student of the Moscow Physical Technical Institute. Since then I happened to be head of a Russian-American joint venture on marketing, participated in science international conferences in the USA as interpereter for my Russian friends, worked as Eng-Rus interpreter in Thailand for Russian customers, organized two bycicle tours for US citizen about the Southern Urals in 1991, was an agent for the International Pen Pals Organization in 90th. In all those activities of mine I mastered my English quite a lot.

Since 2010 I have been translating articles on piano music in my blog http://soltem.livehournal.com, where you may observe my translation capacities and examples. Although I stated in the very first post of the blog that due to cost and time considerations I would not care about pencraft, providing raw translated texts. Nevertheless, in subtitles for the YouTube videos I posted in the blog I tried to be more deligent.
