Translation - English Furthermore, I clarify that, The Economical Operator, although being responsible in regards to National and International controlling bodies, ensuring the use of the sum on behalf of the Borrower, is not held accountable for the constitution of the funds, their source of origin or equity, or for the restitution of the funding or the negotiated interests, neither is he responsible for the profit or loss that may occur, as pointed out in the attached contract.
The Economical Operator will no longer hold said responsibility when and only when the investment made by the Borrower, as per the attached investment plan or self-declaration, draws to an end, however the rules stated below must be followed.
