I have been studying Indonesian for the past 10 years. I completed as Asia-Pacific Studies Degree at ANU, with a major in Indonesian. During my time at university I also studied Tetum.
Since graduation in 2011, I have worked at the Indonesian Consulate in Sydney. I consistently translate a variety of documents from Indonesian to English for Australian Government Departments, Australian and Indonesian public. I regularly translate documents such as government, legal, CV's/ Resumes as well as newspaper articles and other informal documents. I have interpreted for Indonesian delegations visiting Sydney including the Indonesian Police, members for Parliament and for representatives from Indonesian Universities.
Additionally, I have been tutoring Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum for the past year and freelance translating for several organisations in Sydney in both Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum.
I enjoy any challenge and I am a perfectionist.
Please do not hesitiate to contact me if you need any more information.
