Source text - English Any member who seeks to withdraw from the welfare shall give a written notice to the chairman at least one month in advance.
Any member who fails to participate in 2 consecutive contributions shall be notified of their default in writing by the secretary. if no response within 1 month of receipt of this notice, such member shall be expunged from the welfare register and shall be deemed as having withdrawn from the welfare.
