Existen en el mercado multitud de aparatos que sirven para la extracción de grasa. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar la experiencia que tienen los autores con el uso del vibroliposuctor. Sus indicaciones son múltiples, pero en este trabajo vamos a mostrar nuestra experiencia en las ginecomastias.
La ginecomastia es un exceso de volumen de la glándula mamaria en el varón. La técnica que realizamos consiste en la combinación de una liposucción para extraer el componente graso y una incisión periareolar que nos va a permitirá la extracción del componente glandular.
Translation - English Liposuction, as we all know, is a surgical technique that is based on the extraction of fat by suction. To carry out the technique an infiltration is performed which causes the distention of the tissues to then aspirate them with a very powerful suction. There are on the market many apparatuses for the extraction of fat. The aim of this paper is to show the experience of the authors using the vibro-liposuction apparatus. Its indications are multiple, but in this paper we will show our experience in Gynecomastia.
Gynecomastia is an excess of volume in the mammary gland in the male. The technique we perform lies in the combination of liposuction to extract the fatty component and a periareolar incision which will allow us to extract the glandular component
