Source text - Italian Con decreto del 11.07.2006 il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Milano dichiarava non luogo a provvedere sull'adottabilità della minore, dichiarava i genitori decaduti dalla potestà genitoriale con mantenimento dei rapporti (rilasciando ai Servizi Sociali di Novara la regolamentazione degli incontri minore-genitori comunque con modalità assistite) con affido della piccola ai nonni paterni.
Presentava ricorso il nonno, nominato anche tutore della minore, segnalando la necessità di trasferirsi all'estero con la famiglia per impegni lavorativi e evidenziando come questo trasferimento avrebbe inciso sulle visite tra la minore e la madre (risulta infatti che il padre sia da molto asente dalla vita della figlia).
Translation - English According to the decree 11/07/2006 The Juvenile Court of Milan declared nonsuit regarding the possibility to adopting the minor, declared the parents lapsed of their parental rights, but maintaining relationship (Social Services of Novara will take care of organizing the meeting between the child and the parents, in any event in the presence of witnesses) with the reliance of the minor to her paternal grandparents.
The grandfather submitted motion and was appointed as guardian of the minor, reporting the necessity to move abroad with his family for work commitments and therefore pointing out that this moving would have affected the meetings between the child and her mother (as a matter of fact emerge that the father is absent from his child's life).
