業務委託契約書
A（以下，「甲」という．）と，B（以下，「乙」という．）とは，甲は下記のとおりに事務を委託し，乙はこれを引き受けることを約した．
甲は乙に対して甲の事務の遂行を委託し，乙はこれを有償で引き受ける．
前条による委託事務内容は次の通りとする．
(1) 翻訳
(2) 英語表記によるWEBサイトの構築，更新関する事項
(3) 英語による顧客対応に関する事項
甲は乙に対して，第1条および第2条による委託事務の遂行の対価としてUSD1000.00也を毎月月末までにPAYPAL送金によって支払うものとする．
甲が乙に対して支払う報酬は，対海外売上等に応じて甲乙協議の上，改定する．
本契約に定めのない事項，又は本契約の条項の解釈について疑義が生じたときは，甲乙誠意をもって協議し，これを解決するものとする．
以上，本契約締結の証として，本書2通を作成し，甲乙各1通を保有する
| Translation - English
Service Agreement
A (hereinafter "First Party") and B ( hereinafter "Second Party") hereby agree to execute this service agreement regarding administration service by first party to second party according to the following terms and condition.
First party entrusts second party to carry out administration service for first party. Second party agree to carry out the service with remuneration.
The contents of service as described in previous article is as below
(1) Translation
(2) To construct and update English articles on the website
(3) To provide customer support in English.
The first party will conpensate second party USD 1000.00 per month for the service stated in Article 1 and 2. The payment shall be made through Paypal Send Money at the end of every month.
The conpensation from first party to second party shall be revised based on international sales upon discussion from both parties.
For any matters that not stipulated herein, or interpretation of thet terms and conditions in this agreement, shall be resolved by discussion between first party and second party.
As an evidence of the content of this agreement, two (2) original copies shall be created, first party and second party shall retain one (1) original copy each.
