Source text - Spanish Había una vez un calderero muy pobre vivía con su mujer y sus cuatro hijos, en una humilde casa de una aldea de Salamanca. En un rincón de su pequeño huerto, había un tocón que el calderero utilizaba como yunque para elaborar sus cacharros.
Una noche, soñó que si iba al puente de Salamanca encontraría una bolsa de monedas de oro.
Al día siguiente, se despidió de su mujer e hijos y emprendió viaje a Salamanca.
Translation - English Once upon a time, there was a very poor tinker who lived with his wife and their four children in a lowly house in a small village of Salamanca.
On a corner of his small garden there was a tree stump that the tinker used as a anvil to make his pots.
One night, he dreamt that if he was going to the bridge of Salamanca, he would find a bag full of gold coins.
On the next day, he said goodbye to his wife and to their children and set out towards Salamanca.
