A meticulous proofreader, with a background in a variety of
business and communication roles over the last 22 years, and most recently in
the Translation industry for nearly 13 years, I now provide freelance and
remote services in proofreading and editing.

 I am truly bilingual thanks to a formal education in both
France and England. I have lived in each country approximately 20 years, grew
up in a multilingual family and have been able to maintain language skills with
continuous interaction in both French and English.

 I obtained my Diploma in Professional Proofreading and
Editing in 2007 and have been proofreading in French and English ever since. I
have a keen eye for detail but am also quick to complete projects, whilst
keeping to relevant style guides.

 Examples include an 80,000-word book on the sociology of
religions and a 70,000-word university course on management and economics, as
well as countless legal and financial documents including judgements,
summonses, pleadings, articles of association, financial statements and
accounts and AGM minutes. I have also proofread a range of documents from
international financial tenders for new infrastructure, to reports and studies
on sustainable deforestation in Africa and ethical consumerism.

 In addition to translated texts, I will proofread
monolingual documents such as business documents, contracts, tender
applications, etc.

 Having worked as a remote Project Manager and Proofreader
for nearly 13 years, I have a proven track record of exceptional service
delivery and a very strong work ethic. My current skills and experience,
coupled with my positive attitude, make me an excellent resource for remote or
