Tiramisu
A liqueur dessert is a sure way to warm up this winter and this classic tiramisu is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
2 cups strong black coffee
1/2 cup marsala
3 eggs, separated
1/3 cup caster sugar
250g mascarpone
300ml thickened cream, lightly whipped
1 large packet of sponge fingers (savoiardi)
cocoa, for dusting
Method
Step 1
Pour coffee and marsala into a shallow dish. Set aside.
Step 2
Beat egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl with electric beaters until pale and thick. Add the mascarpone and whipped cream, mixing gently until just combined.
Step 3
Beat egg whites in a medium bowl with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold eggwhites into the mascarpone mixture.
Step 4
Dip enough biscuits into the coffee mixture to cover the base of a 19cm square ceramic dish. Cover the biscuits with one-third of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers 2 times, ending with the cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust generously with cocoa and serve.

Un dolce liquoroso è un modo sicuro per riscaldare l'inverno e questo tiramisu classico riscuoterà sicuramente ampio successo.
Ingredienti:
2 tazze di caffè ristretto
1/2 tazza marsala
3 uova, separate
1/3 tazza di zucchero superfino
250g mascarpone
300ml panna da cucina, leggermente sbattuta
1 grossa confezione di savoiardi
cacao, per la guarnizione
Procedimento:
Primo passo
Versate il caffè e il marsala in un piatto basso. Mettete da parte.
Secondo passo
Con uno sbattitore elettrico dotato di fruste montate i tuorli d'uovo e lo zucchero in un'ampia scodella Aggiungete il mascarpone e la panna montata, mescolando delicatamente fino ad ottenere un composto uniforme
Terzo passo
Montate a neve i bianchi d'uovo con uno sbattitore elettrico. Usando un cucchiaio grande di metallo, incorporate delicatamente i bianchi d'uovo nel composto di mascarpone.
Quarto passo
Inzuppate nello sciroppo di caffè una quantità di biscotti sufficiente a ricoprire la base di un piatto di ceramica quadrato di 19cm di lato. Ricoprite i biscotti con un terzo del composto di mascarpone. Proseguite con altri due strati, terminando con la crema. Coprite con pellicola trasparente e riponete in frigorifero per almeno due ore. Spolverizzate generosamente di cacao e servite.
