Deseo por medio de la presente clarificar mi posición personal y la de mi empresa Hitec en el emprendimiento que hemos dado en llamar “Biontec” que estamos desarrollando en forma conjunta con el Ing Alex Krautner.
He fundado mi empresa Hitec en el año 1986 y desde aquel entonces he ido construyendo una reputación de solvencia ética y técnica ampliamente reconocida en el ambiente de la Industria Farmacéutica local. Asimismo, mi empresa se ha consolidado y ha mantenido su crecimiento basada en su permanente búsqueda de la innovación, la calidad y la satisfacción de sus clientes
Hoy, con 58 años, estoy transfiriendo el gerenciamiento de Hitec a cuadros profesionales con la intención de liberarme de dicha responsabilidad y crear así las condiciones para disponer de tiempo libre suficiente para llevar adelante ciertos postergados proyectos personales. Es mi intención conservar mi condición de accionista de Hitec y en la medida en que se me lo requiera, el rol de consejero de la nueva dirección.
Entre los proyectos personales con los que pienso ocupar mis próximos 10 años, que considero que serán los más maduros y productivos de mi vida, se encuentra el apoyo con financiación y asesoramiento a algunos emprendimientos de mi interés personal, involucrándome como socio minoritario durante su start up.
Entre esos emprendimientos se encuentra “Biontec”, cuyo objetivo de negocios es posicionarse localmente como representante de empresas de máximo nivel internacional proveedoras de maquinarias y consumibles para la prometedora Industria Biotecnológica, sin descuidar las ya consolidadas Industrias Farmacéutica y Alimenticia. Consideramos que una empresa como la vuestra cumple con todos los requisitos que nos imponemos y, a su vez podremos brindar a Bosch una base sólida para desarrollarse en nuestro ámbito. Baso mi aseveración en el convencimiento de que el empuje y la determinación del Sr Krautner, potenciado por mi propio aporte de experiencia técnica y comercial, tanto como mi red de contactos en la industria, son una combinación verdaderamente ganadora.
Sabemos también que el camino que tenemos por delante no es sencillo, debido a que, como dice la Biblia, Argentina está atravesando sus 7 años de vacas flacas. Pero quien se posicione adecuadamente en estos años será quien podrá capitalizar los inevitables 7 años de vacas gordas.
Respecto a su preocupación de la relación entre Hitec y un posible competidor como es Cronimo, permítame aclararle que Hitec y Biontec finalmente sólo compartirán a Rodolfo Diaz como un accionista en común, mientras que el managment de ambas empresas será completamente independiente entre si, despejando así todo posible conflicto de intereses.

By means of this letter, I wish to clarify my personal position and the one of my company, Hitec, in the enterprise we have called “Biontec”, which we are jointly developing with Engineer Alex Krautner.
I founded my company, Hitec, in 1986 and ever since I have been building a reputation for ethical and technical solvency widely recognized in the environment of the local Pharmaceutical Industry. Furthermore, my company has consolidated and maintained its growth based on its permanent pursuit of innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
Now, at the age of 58, I am transferring the management of Hitec to professional cadres with the intention of releasing myself of this responsibility and thus create the conditions to have enough free time to pursue some postponed personal projects. I intend to keep my condition as a shareholder at Hitec and, insofar as required from me, the role of counselor of the new management.
Among the personal projects in which I plan to engage in my next 10 years, which I consider will be the most mature and productive of my life, is the support, through financing and counseling, of some enterprises of my personal interest, being involved as a minority partner during their start up.
Among these enterprises is "Biontec", whose business objective is to position itself locally as a representative of leading international companies in the supply of machinery and consumables for the promising Biotechnological Industry, without neglecting the already consolidated Pharmaceutical and Food Industries. We believe that a company like yours meets all the requirements that we establish, and, in turn we can provide Bosch with a solid foundation to develop in our field. I base my assertion on the conviction that the drive and determination of Mr. Krautner, powered by my own contribution of technical and commercial experience, as well as my network of contacts across the industry, are a truly winning combination.
We are also aware that the road ahead is not easy, since as they say, Argentina is going
through its 7 lean years. But, whoever is appropriately positioned in these years will be who can capitalize the inevitable 7 years of plenty.
Regarding your concern about the relationship between Hitec and a possible competitor such as Cronimo, allow me to clarify that Hitec and Biontec will only share Rodolfo Díaz as a common shareholder, while the management of both companies will be completely independent from each other, thus clearing any potential conflict of interest.
