What does this mean for skills? It means that the skills have to cater to his specialties. And, quite obviously, the skills have to match his description. No sword moves for a crossbow user!
When it comes to making skills, it's important to know your limits. If you give every possible skill to a single battler, there are going to be skills that will probably never be used. If this happens, you have the choice to either mess around with the skill effects to make them better, combine effects, or remove some of the lesser-used ones. In terms of numbers, its best to have 4-6 basic skills, 4-6 advanced skills, and 4-6 special skills.
For basic skills, let's take advantage of his good attack stats. We'll have a powerful dart attack (Critical Strike), an all-hitting dart attack (Arrow Rain) , a status-inflicting dart attack (Burning Arrow), an attack buff at the cost of lowered speed (Quick Feet), and a less-powerful dagger attack with a chance to buff attack (Swift Slash). Burning Arrow vừa là một đòn elemental (lửa), vừa là đòn khống chế bằng cách gây trạng thái ‘cháy’ lên đối thủ. Quick Feet sẽ có ích những khi chiến đấu với các kẻ địch khó nhằn, bằng cách hi sinh một tí chỉ số tốc độ (vốn khá cao) của Cedric. Singapore – Vietnam relation has grown considerably over the last decades. The 2 countries share a close and multi-faceted relation encompassing co-operation in diverse fields, such as trade, technical co-operation, arts and culture, education, tourism, medicine, and sport. Last year, Singapore and Vietnam commemorated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relation. This was a significant landmark.
Bilateral economic co-operation continue to feature strongly for the last few years. Not only Singapore is one of Vietnam’s major trading partners, it is also the top foreign investor with the total registered capital amounting to $7.835 million… billion dollars in 1998. The successful Vietnam-Singapore industrial park in Binh Duong province is another important symbol of Singapore-Vietnam economic collaboration.
Singapore has been also actively helping Vietnam in its development effort through technical assistance and training. Vietnam remains one of the top 3 recipients of technical assistance under Singapore’s collaboration program.
