Source text - English The Contractor shall, within the limits of confidentiality, and where the Works include the provision of service keep full and accurate records of all services rendered and Works carried out by the Contractor in the course of the Works. The records shall also show all man hours spent, the identities of the Contractor’s personnel engaged in the Works and their respective areas of responsibility and expertise, the days on which work is carried out, the precise nature of the Works carried out on each such day and such further information as the Principal may reasonably require from time to time. The Principal shall have full access to the records during the term of the Agreement. The Contractor shall hand over such records to the Principal upon termination of the Works or sooner if required by the Principal, where such records are required to be kept by the Principal by any statute or the application thereof.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration, conducted in the English language, under the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration in XXX, as per XXX laws.

XXX is a self-loading stretcher with adjustable heights for patient transport. It is a compact and light stretcher, useable in rescue operations on the streets and on rescue vehicles. The legs fold away independently, activating the dedicated commands during the loading procedure, while, during the unloading procedure, they open automatically. The rigid mono-shell board, moulded in high density polyethylene is easy to wash. Its colour is obtained by a patented pigmentation. Large diameter, front fixed wheels, and rear turning wheels, to improve loading and transport.

Before transporting the appliance, make sure that it is correctly packaged ensuring also that there are no risks of shocks, bumps or falls during the transport itself.

Repairs or replacement of the damaged parts are the responsibility of the client. The device must be stored in a dry, cool area away from direct sunlight. Source text - English Generator Set Control System
Control System Description
The control system is used to start and stop the generator from the display screen in either Manual or Auto mode. It is suitable for standalone or paralleling generator sets in both standby and prime-power applications, providing full generator set monitoring capability and protection. It monitors the engine for temperature, oil pressure and speed, and provides voltage and current metering. In the event of a fault, the unit indicates the fault type and automatically shuts down the generator set on critical faults.
All indicators, control buttons and the display screen are on the face part of operator panel as illustrated in the following figure.
There are two fault level signals generated by the control system as follows:
- Warning: signals a non-imminent or non-critical fault for the engine. The control provides an indication only for this condition.
- Shutdown: signals a potentially critical fault for the engine. The control immediately takes the engine off-load and automatically shuts it down.
The standard control system operates on 12 or 24 VDC battery power. The auxiliary equipment operates on LV AC power. The history data is stored in non-volatile memory and is not deleted if battery power is lost.
