4.1. Since the agreement has been concluded the User has a right to get communication services provided and _______ shall if the User has an access to the communication services render the services to the User.
For service beginning under the Agreement the User shall pay advance, if the advance payment is specified in the Rate Plan, and to notify the Provider of local telephone services about selection of _______ as a provider of long-distance and international telephone services. Procedure and form of such a notification shall be defined by the Provider of local telephone services.
4.2 The User-Individual agrees that his/her data will be provided to the third party, including for information and inquiry purposes, and also information concerning his/her debts, about the User/Individual himself/herself and his/her personal data to the legal entities which perform under the law in action gathering, processing, storage and issuing of information about fulfillment by the Debtor-Individual of the agreement obligations including the credit history bureau.

Рукава буровые применяются для гашения вибрации при бурении скважин, для подачи буровых растворов на водной или нефтяной основе, закачиваемых в скважину при вращательном бурении под давлением 350 атмосфер и более.
Используется для подачи бурового раствора с содержанием смазки 80%.
Огнестойкие рукава высокого давления для противовыбросового оборудования (превенторов) служат для предотвращения возникновения фонтана нефти, пожара и загрязнения окружающей среды в случае аварийной ситуации. Предназначены для транспортировки гидравлического масла, маслопродуктов, цементного раствора в рабочем режиме бесперебойной работы при температуре 1081°С в течение 6 минут и 7500°С в течение 25 минут под давлением до 69 МПа.
Устанавливаются на противовыбросовое оборудование, превенторы, предназначенных для герметизации устья нефтяных газовых скважин.

Die Spülschläuche werden für die Vibrationsdämpfung während der Bohrlochsabteufung, für die Förderung von Öl- oder Wasserspülungen genutzt, die bei der Drehbohrung ins Bohrloch unter dem Druck von 350 atm und mehr gepumpt werden.
Wird für die Förderung von der Bohrspülung mit dem Fettungsgehalt von 80% genutzt.
Die feuerfesten Hochdruckschläuche für Bohrlochsicherung (Preventer) dienen zur Vorbeugung vom Erdölausbruch, Feuergefahr und Umweltverschmutzung in einer Notsituation. Die Schläuche werden für die Förderung von Hydrauliköl, Ölprodukten, Zementbrühe bei dem permanent laufenden Betrieb unter Temperatur 1081°С innerhalb von 6 Minuten und 7500°С innerhalb von 25 Minuten unter dem Druck bis 69 МPа genutzt.
Die Schläuche werden an die Preventer montiert, die den Gas- und Ölbohrlochkopf hermetisch verschließen.

Source text - English 6 BALANCE MEASUREMENTS MADE AT THE PEAT-AMMONIA PLANT
The decomposition of tar and oxygen compounds was followed with these measurements, and the carbon conversion and mass balances of the gasifier were determined. The bed and freeboard temperatures and the pressure of the gasifier were the main variables during the balance periods. The temperatures used in the test runs in the autumn of 1990 were distinctly higher than those in the earlier test runs. The freeboard temperature was almost 1000°C in these runs. The pressure of the gasifier was also higher; the last two runs had the design pressure of 10 bar. The gasifier was run at hall capacity during the balance periods.
The material balances of the gasifier for each balance period were calculated on the basis of the measurements. Figure 4 shows the carbon conversions and product-gas yields at different set points over the operation period in the autumn of 1990.

Во время измерений отслеживался процесс распада соединений смолы и кислорода, определялась конверсия углерода и массовые балансы газификатора. В качестве основных переменных во время измерений выступали температуры слоя и надслоевого
пространства и давление газификатора. Температуры, используемые при опытной эксплуатации осенью 1990 года, были намного выше, чем ранее. Температура надслоевого пространства во время этих циклов работы достигала почти 1000°С. Использовалось
также более высокое давление газификатора; последние два цикла расчетное давление составляло 10 бар. Газификатор работал с неполной мощностью.
Массовые балансы газификатора для каждого балансового периода рассчитывались на основе измерений. На рис. 4 показана углеродная конверсия и выход генераторного газа при разных заданных значениях в период эксплуатации осенью 1990 года.
