3. 健康を害している方、身体に障害のある方、妊娠中の方、補助犬便用者の方その他の等特別の配慮を必要とする方はその旨をお申出下さい。当社は可能な範囲内でこれに応じます。なお、お客様からのお申し出に基づき、当社がお客様のために講じた特別な措置に要する費用はお客様の負担となります。また医師の診断書を提出していただく場合もありますが、送迎と宿泊機関等の判断によりお申込をお断りさせていただく場合もあります。
4. その他当社の業務上の都合があるときは、お申込みをお断りする場合があります。
Translation - English (1) Applications for minors must include parental consent. Note: The age of majority varies by country. Minor is defined by the rules of the traveler’s country of residence and/or traveler’s passport. (Japan: under 20, Australia: under 18, Peru: under 17 etc.)
(2) Travelers under 15 years old at the time of trip must be accompanied by a parental guardian or designated chaperone to the departure gate in their country of origin, as well as at the arrival gate and transportation to/from airport at travel destination.
(3) Travelers with health problems, physical impairments, currently pregnant, accompanied by guide dogs, and other circumstances requiring assistance must declare their needs thoroughly in advance. (Company Name) will do our best to accomodate all traveler’s needs. There may be additional payment required from the traveler for these special arrangments. A doctor’s medical release note may be required for application to proceed. (Company Name) reserves the right to deny applications in cases where medical conditions cannot be accomodated by hotels and transportation.
