A ASSEPLAN BARROSO LTDA., designada nesta como “ ASSEPLAN”, fabricante do Sistema de Supervisão/Limitação de Corrente de Fuga de Neutro de Transformadores de Baixa Tensão, denominado bRAVO, garante, sob as condições aqui definidas, o equipamento objeto desta, identificado por seu Número Serial.
01. A presente garantia é válida pelo período de 12(doze) meses, contados da data da emissão da nota fiscal do equipamento.
02. A responsabilidade da ASSEPLAN abrange a reparação do produto, a substituição de parte/peças defeituosas, e o reparo de vícios de qualidade que o torne impróprio aos seus objetivos, ou no máximo, a substituição do produto no seu todo, sendo de seu critério a opção que julgar mais conveniente.
03. A responsabilidade da ASSEPLAN não abrange danos causados ao equipamento nas seguintes situações:
a) Operação em desacordo com as condições especificadas nos manuais;
b) Inabilidade no uso;
c) Instalação inadequada;
d) Transporte e estocagem inadequados;
e) Acidentes e quedas;
f) Modificações não autorizadas;
g) Serviços de manutenção realizados por pessoas ou empresas não credenciadas;
h) Uso de peças não originais, ou que sejam consideradas defeituosas/inadequadas
i) Danos causados por agentes da natureza
04. Esta garantia não cobre perdas e danos, perda de lucros, ou quaisquer outras perdas resultantes do uso ou da incapacidade de usar o produto, nem o custo de reparar ou substituir qualquer outro bem que seja danificado, nem lucros cessantes, caso este produto eventualmente não desempenhe inteiramente conforme suas especificações.
05. A garantia ASSEPLAN será posta em sua fábrica, à Av. Tiradentes, nº 641, Bairro J. Europa, em Barroso – MG., sendo de inteira responsabilidade do comprador, os custos relativos à transporte e seguro do equipamento.
06. Quando da necessidade de deslocamento de pessoal técnico para atendimento desta, correrão por conta do comprador, as despesas relativas à estadia e locomoção

ASSEPLAN BARROSO LTDA., referred to as "ASSEPLAN", manufacturer of the Supervision / Current Limiting System for Fault Current of Neutral Medium Voltage Transformers, referred to as bRAVO, guarantees, under the conditions below, the equipment described above, identified by its Serial Number.
01. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months, counted from the date of issuance of the invoice for the equipment.
02. Liability of ASSEPLAN covers the repair of the product, the replacement of defective parts /components, and repair of quality defects that may render the equipment inappropriate to perform, or at most, the replacement of the product as a whole, being under its decision the option deemed most convenient.
03. ASSEPLAN's liability does not cover damages caused to the equipment in the following situations:
a) Operation not in accordance with the conditions specified in the manuals;
b) Inability in its use;
c) Improper installation;
d) Inadequate storage and handling;
e) Accidents and falls;
f) Unauthorized modification;
g) Maintenance services performed by persons or companies not accredited;
h) Use of non-original parts, or which are considered defective or inadequate;
i) Damage caused by agents of nature.
04. This warranty does not cover damages, loss of profits, or any other loss resulting from the use or inability to use the product, nor the cost of repairing or replacing any other property that is damaged, nor lost profits, if this product may not perform entirely according to its specifications.
05. The ASSEPLAN warranty shall be made in its factory, at Tiradentes Ave., no. 641, Jardim Europa, Barroso-MG., being the sole responsibility of the buyer, the costs of transport and insurance of the equipment.
06. When the need for technical staff to perform these terms, the purchaser will be responsible for transportation and travel expenses.
