The present Agreement is built up by the present clauses which constitute the body of the contract, as well as the attachments that are constitutive parts of it. In case of dispute, contradiction or divergence between the Contract clauses and its Attachments, the general terms and conditions that constitute the Contract clauses shall prevail. |
