I have worked as a freelance translator for over two years in the literary, audiovisual, technical and commercial. I have also worked in several occasions as proof-reader for important translation agencies, such as Translated.net, where I have worked with Machine Translations such as Matecat. I have excellent translation skills, good knowledge of CAT tools, good eye for detail, I am able to work under pressure and to meet clients’ deadlines. Moreover, my years of experience within the retail environment helped me familiarise with fashion terminology, from high-end designers to street style brands, and acquire good knowledge of garment and accessories construction. My writing style, thanks to the various experiences is adaptable and accurate.
