Introduction: The number of people diagnosed with celiac disease is continually growing and the food industry is limited regarding the products suitable for these people that are launched to the market.
Objective: To make an artisanal ice-cream suitable for celiac people based on red berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries), low lactose content, enriched with vitamins C and E and to evaluate its acceptance by non-trained graders.
Materials and methods: The nature of the study carried out was based on a simple descriptive approach with a temporary and transverse sequence.
The following ingredients suitable for celiac people were used: 500 cm³ of water, 2500 cm³ of free-lactose fluid milk, 600 g of milk cream 40 % fat content, 1400 g Full strawberry jelly base Code 7973, 500 g of canned red berries, 5 g of alpha tocopherol powder, 25 g of ascorbic acid powder. With these ingredients, 5000 g of red berries ice-cream was made from which 50 samples of 100 g each were obtained.
The amount of vitamins C and E, lactose and antioxidant capacity were measured through the chemical analysis carried out in the Laboratory of Organic Chemistry, Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias (University of Agricultural Sciences), UNC.
An acceptability test was carried out through a sensory evaluation performed by a non-trained jury made up of 50 adults, both genders, students who are studying to get a Bachelor in Nutrition in the FCM (University of Medical Sciences), UNC, randomly selected with the aim of evaluating the ice-cream organoleptic characteristics of smell, taste, color and texture.

Source text - English Heart Failure
Heart failure does not mean that your heart is going to stop at any minute. It means that your heart is not functioning as well as it should. Heart failure can be caused by many different conditions. Symptoms include fluid retention, breathlessness and tiredness. Medication can usually ease symptoms and can often improve the outlook.
How does the heart work?
The heart has four chambers - two atria and two ventricles. The walls of the heart chambers are made mainly of special heart muscle. Each heartbeat starts with a tiny electrical impulse near the top of the heart which spreads through the heart muscle, and makes it contract (squeeze).
What is heart failure?
In a normal healthy heart, during each heartbeat a set amount of blood enters the heart and is pumped out again. If you have heart failure, your heart cannot cope with pumping the full amount of blood in each heartbeat.
Heart failure is usually classified on which heart function or which side of the heart is most affected, rather than the actual cause of your heart failure. The main types are:
Systolic heart failure. This means that the ventricles of the heart do not contract properly during each heartbeat so blood is not adequately pumped out of the heart. In some cases there is only a slight reduction in the power of the ventricle, which causes mild symptoms. If the power of the pumping action is more reduced then symptoms become more severe.
Diastolic heart failure. This occurs when the ventricle does not fill up with blood enough when the heart rests in between each heartbeat. This can sometimes be due to the wall of the ventricle being stiffer than usual. This makes it more difficult to stretch.
A combination of the above two types.
Heart failure may affect only the right ventricle (right-sided heart failure) or the left ventricle (left-sided heart failure), or both.
